I'm a communications practitioner dedicated to promoting environmental research. I enjoy working with multi-media platforms and developing digital content.

At the National Centre for Atmospheric Science, I've been working to rethink our digital architecture. I'm leading new website builds, boosting our social media engagement, and always looking to refine the way we present ourselves to our key audiences.

I help guide our research into national and international news as press releases and feature pieces. I lead marketing campaigns for activities such as our annual science conference and our nine training courses. And, my teaching experience has come in handy because I deliver communications training to PhD students and early career researchers.

In partnership with the Natural Environment Research Council, I've helped deliver national science events such as Into the Blue and UnEarthed.

I often look for inspiration outside the science community, taking our research to Hay Festival, and developing an online storybook about environmental change with a children's author and illustrator.
