- Compiled a video and organised a teleconference between students and researchers at Oxford University and St John the Baptist CE Primary School, Nottingham. The video detailed the sort of work the members of the department do and why they decided to be scientists. Having watched the video, the school students then asked the scientists questions via a video skype call. The event was written up in the School's Newsletter., June 2010
