My role as Inclusion Coordinator ensures the implimentation of inclusion across the organisation, through inclusive recruitment practises, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) awareness, and community engagement work. This includes managing the Community for Change initiative, an EDI focused community enagegemnt programme which provides tutoring, mentoring and placement opportunities to underserved young people. I also manage the Inclusive Recruitment Support Officer as part of my role.

I started working at NCAS in 2018 as the Operations and Administration Assistant to fund my masters course in Arts Management and Hertiage Studies. When I graduated in Decmeber 2019, I was able to continue my work in this role and as part of the operations team. In December 2020 I was promoted to Operations and Administration Support Officer. In May 2022, I was promoted to People and Community for Change Support Officer, moving from the events team to the newly formed people team. From January 2024 I was promoted into my new role of Inclusion Coordinator.
