When I graduated in Decmeber 2019, I was able to continue my work in this role and as part of the operations team. In December 2020 I was promoted to Operations and Administration Support Officer. In May 2022, I was promoted to People and Community for Change Support Officer, moving from the events team to the newly formed people team. From January 2024 I was promoted into my new role of Inclusion Coordinator.
