My role as Inclusion Coordinator is a national role for the organisation, working within the People Team to support staff lifecycles, recruitment and our equality, diversity and inclusion work across NCAS including the Community for Change initiative. I manage the Inclusive Recruitment Support Officer as part of this team.

I started working at NCAS in 2018 as the Operations and Administration Assistant as part time work to fund my masters course in Arts Management and Hertiage Studies. When I graduated in Decmeber 2019, I was able to continue my work in this role and as part of the HQ team. In December 2020 I started a new role as Operations and Administration Support Officer on a full time basis. In May 2022 I started as People and Community for Change Support Officer. From January 2024 I have been in my new role of Inclusion Coordinator.
